After many years practising from 85 South End, Croydon the business finally closed in April 2010. Eric Trower FNAEA had retired some 5 years previously whilst Peter Vince MRICS moved to Gloucester. Meanwhile, Jonathan F Dean MRICS, continued with his previous business of Forbes Dean Associates.
The former directors of Goddard & Jones are happy for past clients to use the services of Jonathan Dean.
