Jon Dean MA (Cantab) MRICS is the sole director. He qualified as a Chartered Valuation surveyor in September 1983 whilst working for Weatheralls in London. After a spell with Stiles Harold Williams in Croydon he set up Forbes Dean Associates at the end of 1989.
After many years of dealing with all sectors of the market he is specialising in residential property, mainly in South London as far as the M25, with particular emphasis on the following:

- Valuations for all purposes including probate, divorce, accounts and partnerships.
